Perfect Scale – the clever scaling tool for EFT, coaching and therapy

Do you work with EFT or other process-oriented methods and use SUD scales (0–10) to assess stress and change? With Perfect Scale, „How high is your stress level right now?“ becomes a visible, comprehensible process – for you and your clients.

Perfect Scale  is a high-quality  3D workboard  for professionals, developed by Dr. Reto Wyss. It was designed at the Swiss Center for EFT and Energy Psychology specifically for use with EFT, Energy EFT, Positive EFT, and other scaling techniques.

The tool combines the following in a handy board:

• Stress scale 10-0  (SUD) with smileys – for visualizing stress, pain, anxiety, grief, etc.
• Energization scale 0–10  (energy or resource scale) with “thumbs up” symbols – for measuring strength, confidence, clarity, ease
• Movable, colored magnets  to mark initial load and current values
• Clipboard function  with magnetic clip for meeting notes, minutes or schedules

This is how you and the person opposite you can see at a glance:

• Where does the person begin?
• How does the value change during the tapping process?
• When is a topic „back to square one“ or a resource significantly strengthened?

delivery:

• Color-printed  metal board  with two scales (load 10-0, energizing 0-10) and  non-slip rubber backing
• 2 black, 2 gray, 2 white magnets  for marking starting values, intermediate scores and target values ​​(discreetly storable on the back)
• 1 magnetic clip  for paper, handouts or meeting minutes (also storable on the back)
• 1 PerfectScale ballpoint pen

Perfect Scale was developed with a view to daily practice at the Swiss Center for EFT and Energy Psychology and has proven particularly effective in:

1. Classical EFT process (Standard EFT)
